The Challenge
Clarinich cleans the large highway totems and facilities at Copec gas stations across Chile. As a certified Copec provider, they must prove every job was completed to specification.
Proof of completion lived in WhatsApp photos and paper forms. Station managers had no structured way to sign off on work. Assembling compliance reports meant gathering scattered photos, notes, and signatures after the fact.
Our Solution
We built a platform where Clarinich's field teams document every job on site. Technicians upload photos and observations as they work. When the job is done, the station manager signs off directly in the app. The signature, images, and notes bundle into a single verified record.
Multiple team members operate the platform with different roles. Field workers document. Supervisors review. Managers track completion across all active sites.
The platform generates compliance reports from verified job records and sends them by email to the people in charge. Each report includes timestamped photos, observations, and the station manager's digital signature. Every visit produces a traceable record that meets Copec's contractor requirements.
Before the platform, proving a job was done took almost as long as doing it. Now the proof is captured as part of the work itself. Compliance reports that used to take hours of email archaeology generate in seconds.
